For my personal project i have made a house that has insoluition inside of it it also has some functions like a the roof of the house can be lifted with hinches connected with them and also it has a fully functional door. this picture shows the hinches attached to the roof end and they are going to connect to the wall at the back i have used these hinches because they where really strong and can support the weight. on image 2 you can see a close up on the winches used and how i applied them to my workpiece and how i made it work.i have added foam as a isolution as shown in the picture i had to cut it into pieces because it was to big  and distrubute it evenly to spread it around my double side walls.
